The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited by the court of first instance is as follows: “The land in this case was written at the last place of the judgment of the court of first instance (the land in this case is unregistered); “Entry of the claim in the third part 9”; “Evidence A3 through 8” in the fourth part 16; “Evidence A3 through 10”; and “S” in the fourth part 17 is the same as the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance, except that the fourth part 17 “S” is written at Q, respectively; thus, it is cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the defendants' appeal is dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit.
