1. Defendant D Co., Ltd. shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,00 and the interest rate thereon from September 16, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is the council of occupants' representatives of the A Apartment-gu in Ansan-si F (hereinafter "the apartment of this case").

B. On August 24, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) opened a council of occupants’ representatives; and (b) passed a resolution on the selection announcement to select a company responsible for replacing play facilities in the instant apartment complex (hereinafter “instant playground”).

C. On August 31, 2012, the Plaintiff announced a public announcement for the selection of the instant construction company under the name of the head of the instant apartment support center through the multi-family housing management information system, and the main contents are as follows.

2. Matters referred to the tender;

(a) Construction name: The instant construction work;

(b) Place and area of installation: Five children's playgrounds in a complex (total area of 2236.75 square meters);

(c) Details of construction: site descriptions data.

(d) Any condition that children's play facilities safety management, children's play facilities facility facility standards and technical standards be constructed with domestic products, and the safety inspection, inspection, and completion of safety inspection from the safety inspection institution shall be completed;

3. Qualifications for participation;

(a) An enterprise announced by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs which does not fall under any subparagraph of Article 19 (1);

(b) An enterprise whose incorporation is not less than five years and whose capital is not less than 400 million won;

(c) Registered companies for specialized construction business (construction business for installing landscaping facilities);

(d) An enterprise (as of the latest two years, at least 20 complexes, which are the results of construction of projects for supporting multi-family housing (children's play facilities) and whose execution capacity is at least 2 billion won, the issuance of a specialized construction mutual-aid association of Korea, and the base in 201

(h) An enterprise taking part in the site consultations;

4. Type of tendering: Limited competitive tendering;

5. Documents to be submitted.

(a) Copy of business registration certificate and one copy of corporate register; and

(i) One copy of performance certificate certificate (amount, size of complex and contact number as the results of the latest two years) and one copy of performance capacity assessment statement (201);

(j) one copy of each design drawings, construction drawings, and construction plan (including product specifications, materials, and specifications);

(m) tenders; and
