1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is an organization that consists of the representatives of the entire occupants of the A apartment complex in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu (hereinafter “the instant apartment complex”) and that consists of an autonomous management and operation purpose of the said apartment complex.
