1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an organization consisting of occupants of the instant apartment in order to manage 373 households, six Busan A apartment in Busan, Daegu, (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

The defendant served as the chairperson from December 2, 2012 to November 2014.

B. Part of the content of the notice of “CCTV Installation Company” on March 3, 2014, which was made in the name of the management office of the apartment of this case, is as follows.

2. Outline of the construction work;

(a) Construction works for the installation of CCTV camera and the 3merculc graphic camera (3 million chemical high-quality network camera, Samsung Products, and hereinafter referred to as the “the CCTV construction of this case”);

(a) An enterprise which establishes an information and communications construction business for at least three years and whose capital is at least five hundred million won;

(b) Information and communications construction business registered under the information and communications construction business;

(c) An enterprise whose execution capacity is not less than two billion won in appraised value;

(d) An enterprise whose record of installation of CCTV for the last two years is at least 500 million won.

(e) An enterprise which does not directly perform subcontracted works and is allowed to visit within 24 hours at the request of A/S;

(f) An enterprise which participated in the site site consultations conference among enterprises not falling under Article 19 of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport notification;

4. Documents to be submitted.

(a) One copy of a business registration certificate and a license for an information and communications construction business;

(b) One copy of the corporate register for confirmation of capital, and one copy of each certificate of seal imprint, issued by the National Tax Service, in case of a general businessman;

(c) An enterprise whose execution capacity is not less than two billion won in appraised value; and

(d) Certificate of performance (one copy of each performance certificate clearly stating the telephone number for each apartment complex);

(e) One copy of a letter of introduction by the company (holding equipment and current status of technical human resources, etc.);

(f) One copy of the certificate of full payment of national and local taxes;

(g)in accordance with the guidelines for the selection of project operators, tenders (a written estimate, a separate indication of surtax, and a separate sealing of bid bond or bid bond equivalent to 5% of the bid price);
