Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is in the legal marital relationship between B and C (n, seven years of age), D (n, two years of age), and is currently in a divorce lawsuit.

1. Injury;

A. At around 01:00 on April 12, 2019, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in YM E apartment F, suffered from the Defendant’s injury, such as the Plaintiff’s wife B (n, 34 years of age) and the external dispute. On the other hand, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in YM E apartmentF, suffered from the Defendant’s injury, such as the Plaintiff’s escape from the Defendant’s wife, for about six weeks of treatment.

B. On June 8, 2019, at around 11:00, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the closure of a charnel in need of treatment for about 28 days, by leaving the victim in the middle of the dispute with the victim, in his/her hand, due to the Defendant’s house at the Defendant’s house as stated in paragraph 1(a).

2. No person who violates the Child Welfare Act shall engage in emotional abuse against a child that may injure the mental health and development of the child;

A. Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in the first paragraph (a) and at the same time and place, expressed to the victims the appearance that the Defendant, while she took a dispute with B or B as a matter of external rating, he or she was going to walked with B, as seen above, while doing so.

B. On June 10, 2019, at around 07:00, the Defendant shown to the victims the form of the Victim C, who is a child, and the Victim D, who was in his/her hands in the Defendant’s house as stated in paragraph (a) of Article 1, while having been in a conflict with B with B, he/she was leading him/her to the head of B.

Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of victims who are children.
