A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of the victim B(the age of 11) and was the husband of the victim C(the age of 33) and had expressed the victim's desire to or had the victim's desire to take a part in drinking.

1. Violation of the Child Welfare Act (child abuse);

A. On May 3, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime on May 3, 2019, at around 22:53, 2019, changed the breabeded brea in the state of alcohol in the Defendant’s residence located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, D, but C refused and disputed b, and the Victim B was tried to go from the said residence with C, and the Victim B was faced with C.

After diving, the victim made a threat to the victim by speaking 3 to 4 times that “the victim of the victim who died and died.”

Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of the victim, who is a child.

B. On May 8, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime on May 8, 2019: (a) around May 8, 2019, on the ground that the victim B did not come to prepare for the school at the same place as: (b) around A.M. (a); (c) the victim’s bucks were 2-3 times the victim’s bucks.

Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of the victim, who is a child.

C. On May 14, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at around 16:00 on May 14, 2019, on the ground that the victim B does not hear the horses of the Defendant at the same place as that of paragraph (a), the victim et al. was set at one time on his/her hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of the victim, who is a child.

2. Around 22:10 on May 15, 2019, the Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act (child abuse) and the Special Intimidation: (a) Daced the victim B who was under influence of alcohol at the same place as paragraph (a) of Article 1; (b) Daced the victim B, “I would have come to the today’s school, but would have been changed before the date of the clerical error; (c) 2 times on the floor of the victim B, etc.; (d) the victim B, by other damage, escaped from the victim; and (e) C, was a dangerous thing from the part of the Defendant.
