Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. A. Special larceny Defendant: (a) stolen F and other vehicles of another person; (b) sold them; and (c) conspired to gain profits from them.

In the end, the Defendant, together with F, stolen another’s property.
B. 2) On September 30, 2017, around 19:06, the Defendant detached the registration number plate of a stolen OM vehicle, such as B, without obtaining permission from the competent authority.
