A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for aiding and abetting for larceny in the Daejeon District Court's support, and on March 28, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the branch office of the Daejeon District Court.

1. The crime committed on March 29, 2017;

(a) A motor vehicle registration number plate shall be posted and sealed in accordance with Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions are provided for in other Acts;

Nevertheless, on March 29, 2017, the Defendant was detached from the front number plate of the Cunstet vehicle in the Junan-gun B prior to the am on March 2017.

2) On the same day as above, Defendant 1 denied official marks by attaching the number plate removed as above in front of Dunst vehicle at the same place as above.

B. The Defendant, at the same place as the above paragraph 1(a) of the same “A”, illegally used air defenses by operating approximately 400 km vehicles with a license plate from around the Cheongju-si to the same place on the same day as the above paragraph 1(a).

2. Crimes on April 11, 2017;

(a) A motor vehicle registration number plate shall be posted and sealed in accordance with Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions are provided for in other Acts;

Nevertheless, on April 11, 2017, the Defendant was detached from the front number plate of the Cunstet vehicle in the Junan-gun B before the morning around the morning.

2) On the same day as above, Defendant 1 illegally used a number plate that was removed as above in front of Dunst vehicle and unlawfully used a car registration number plate for the purpose of exercising it at the same time.

B. The Defendant’s unlawful use of official marks is from the same place as that of the above “A” in paragraph (1) to the Cheongju-si.
