1. At night, around 05:00 on October 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a back door which was not corrected in Asan-si B, Asan-si; (b) intruded into a preliminary distribution; and (c) used a cresh in which the victim C used a new wall, thereby thefting with one gallon road, three mobile phones, one electric metal card, and one transportation card within the market price of the victim.
2. On October 7, 2019, at around 07:10, the Defendant: (a) requested the Defendant to pay for the fact that C, who was stolen from the mobile phone in front of the plaza, male toilet room, “heat hot spring station,” which is located in Asan City hot Spring, was using a mobile phone in order to find it; (b) as if the Defendant was aware of the lost mobile phone; and (c) obtained 20,000 won from the victim, who is the husband of the above C, and acquired it by fraud.
3. Larceny;
A. At around 14:55 on October 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim F-owned market price of KRW 50,00,00,000, which was displayed in front of the Defendant at the clothes store of “E” located in Asan-si; and (b) thefted the victim F-owned market price of KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.
B. On October 9, 2019, around 07:30 on the roads near the G market in Asia-si, the Defendant discovered a 200,000 square meters of the market price that the victim H left the G market in order to sell to the market, and then stolen it with the victim’s locked place.
C. On October 17:55, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the “J” convenience store located in Asan-si, Asan-si; (b) took a knmond amounting to KRW 6,500 in the market price displayed at the convenience store using the gaps in which the surveillance of the Victim K was neglected; and (c) stolen the Defendant’s knmond at the convenience store.
