Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On August 29, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. in the Daejeon District Court’s subdivision support, which became final and conclusive on September 6, 2017, but the said judgment was revoked on March 20, 2018; on August 10, 2018, the said court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for larceny, etc.; on March 23, 2019, the execution of each of the said sentence was completed in the area of mountainous district in the Daejeon District Court’s major prison.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On June 15, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of June 15, 2019, at the “C” restaurant located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, YA, the Defendant stolen one cellular phone with the victim D, who is the customer of the said restaurant, in a kneep-si, with the victim’s knick-si location equivalent to KRW 300,000 in the market value of the victim’s possession and 500,000 in the market value.

2. On June 20, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of June 20, 2019, while passing the front of the “G” operated by the Victim F in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, the Defendant stolen one disease, one of which is the 13,000 won of the market price where the victim displayed outside of the burial.

3. On June 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime committed on June 21, 2019, and around 21:00, the Defendant: (b) committed the theft in front of the “J” clothes store operated by the victim I in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; and (c) committed the theft in front of the market price of the victim I displayed outside the store, with the victim’s KRW 300,00,000 and one pocket book.

4. The Defendant committed the crime of June 28, 2019, from around 15:50 on June 28, 2019 to around 18:50 on the same day, opened a door after having not set up a “M” operated by the victim L in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and cut off four diseases with a total of KRW 400,000, total market value of 400,000, and Skin’s market value of KRW 10,000.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property amounting to KRW 1,913,00 in total owned by four victims over four times as above.
