Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 16, 2015, at around 04:50, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) in front of a bus stop near the Seo-gu Daejeon 909 Seo-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, 909, a bus stop; (b) in order for a drunk victim C to see whether he/she was seated on the floor and to steals property; and (c) in order for him/her to steal property, he/she did not go through an attempted attempt, but rather, to have the wind open to the victim’s clothes, in which he/she was fluent with his/her hand on the part
2. A thief: (a) around 02:00 on December 24, 2014, the Defendant: (b) at the street club located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (c) at a car parked in this area, the Defendant: (a) opened a door for a passenger car that was under the influence of alcohol and did not correct to detect the victim F; and (d) stolen the victim’s property at the victim’s clothes; and (b) stolen the victim’s market value of KRW 5,960,000 from the victims who were under the influence of alcohol six times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes (1) from July 16, 2015 to July 04:50, 2015.
3. On March 1, 2015, the Defendant purchased one cigarette amounting to KRW 43,000 from the HEt located in Ulsan-gu G G on March 1, 2015, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, by presenting the stolen one foreign exchange card to the victim, who is the above HEt operator, where the Defendant was unable to identify the name as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder, and paying the price, and by receiving the first cigarette from the above victim who was aware of the fact, from then to June 7, 2015, he used the stolen credit card more than 11 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes (2) from June 7, 2015 to June 06:38, 2015, and acquired the property equivalent to KRW 4,780,200 by deceiving the victims.
