Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court on January 11, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. Larceny;

A. On August 19, 2016, at around 08:00, the Defendant, who was parked on the street in front of the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, with a view to theft of property in front of the instant car owned by the victim D-owned E-Wood passenger, and would bring about a cell phone left in the vehicle and opened a driver’s seat and kept a door using the key of the said car delivered by F, a driver’s driver, with the cash of KRW 150,00,000 in cash owned by the victim and kept in front of the Chief.

2. On August 30, 2016, the Defendant purchased tobacco at the JA store operated by the victim’s name in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, on August 30, 2016. On the other hand, the Defendant: (a) caused the Defendant to prepare a stolen debit card; (b) signed the sales slip on the signature column; and (c) obtained one sheet of tobacco to be sold at the victim’s market price of KRW 45,00,00, which was owned by the Defendant.
