1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person, other than a defendant A-ma society, shall engage in any activity similar to the riding voting, in connection with a racing conducted by a marina society, in paying property or financial benefits to the enemy;
Nevertheless, from July 2013 to October 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a computer connected to monitors and TV in order to show racing conditions by accessing the horse screen and the sports result, etc. conducted by the Marin K and the second floor of the Defendant’s residence; and (b) deposited with the said site operator the money in advance by transferring the money to the said site operator; and (c) entered the horse racing details directly on the said site after receiving from the buyers of the unspecified number of private horse tickets, and then, (d) paid dividends in the same proportion as the dividend rate paid in the Marin society and paid out the horse riding amount, and (e) paid the money to the said site operator by having them receive 20% of the money from the operator of the said horse site to pay the money in advance; and (e) paid the money to the proprietor of the horse racing or other similar profits to the property of the horse racing.
2. Defendant B, C, and D
A. Defendant B knew of the fact that he was engaged in a similar horse racing, the Defendant provided A with a security deposit of KRW 20 million from July 201, 2013 to October 11, 2013, with a monthly rent of KRW 350,000,000 and a place of Y and 2nd floor, which he leased, thereby facilitating A’s criminal conduct.
B. From July 2013 to October 11, 2013, Defendant C received cash and marina tickets from the buyers of the private horse on the second and second floor of Sinpo City from the purchaser of the private horse, and confirmed whether the amount of money and cash received is delivered is delivered to A, and upon the completion of the horse, it remains after the horse is closed by A.
