1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to KRW 365,058,397 and KRW 132,592,00 among them, Defendant A shall be from January 1, 2013 to June 11, 2015.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The party-related Plaintiff is a contractor and a contractor of the business that newly constructs and sells apartment C Apartments of Incheon Metropolitan City Free Economic Zone (hereinafter “instant apartment”) and the Defendants are the buyers of the instant apartment household.
B. On February 10, 2010, the Plaintiff concluded a sales contract with Defendant A on the following terms: (i) Total supply amount of KRW 328,180,00: 16,40,000; (ii) intermediate payment of KRW 16,400; (iii) intermediate payment of KRW 15, 2010; (iv) September 15, 201; (iii) on February 15, 201; (iv) on July 15, 201; (v) on December 15, 201; (v) on December 15, 15, 201; (v) on December 15, 201; (v) on December 15, 201; (v) on May 15, 2015; and (v) on June 20, 2015; and (v) on the remainder payment of KRW 185,500; and (v) on each balance payment of KRW 106,585,5.
(1) Balcony: 2,320,00 won for down payment (20%) until June 4, 2010, and 9,302,000 won for the remainder (80%) by the date of the designation of the occupancy of the down payment (20%): 1,852,00 won for the down payment (20%) and 7,410,000 won for the remainder (80%) by the date of the designation of the occupancy of the remainder (80%) and 7,410,000 won for the late payment and the remainder.
C. (1) On November 5, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with Defendant B on the following terms: (i) Total supply amount: 331,540,000 won; 32,90,000 won; (ii) intermediate payment (first to sixth (first to sixth vehicles); (iii) intermediate payment (first to sixth vehicles); (iv) April 15, 2010; (iii) February 15, 201; (iv) December 15, 201; (v) July 15, 201; (v) December 15, 15; (v) December 15, 201; (v) December 15, 2011; (v) December 15, 2011; and (v) June 30, 2010; and (v) the remainder payment between Defendant B and the rest payment of KRW 16:60,60,000; and (v) the remainder payment between Defendant B and the remainder payment of KRW 160,60,60,20.
