1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to KRW 339,494,289 and KRW 109,912,00 among them, Defendant A shall be from January 1, 2013 to January 30, 2013.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a contractor and contractor of the business of newly constructing and selling the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City apartment complex C (hereinafter “instant apartment”). The Defendants are the buyers who concluded the sales contract and options construction contract with the Plaintiff regarding the instant apartment.

B. 1) The Plaintiff and the Defendants enter into a contract for the sale in lots and the options construction contract. As to the apartment of this case, the Plaintiff and the Defendants enter into a contract for the sale in lots (hereinafter “each contract in this case”).

(1) The Defendants paid KRW 32,90,00 to the Plaintiff on the date of the conclusion of each of the instant sales contracts, respectively, KRW 32,90,00 on November 5, 2009, KRW 2 B B 103,540,00,00 on November 3, 2009, the total sales price of KRW 1031,540,000 on November 3, 2009, and KRW 331,540,00 on November 5, 2009, respectively. The Defendants agreed to pay the remainder to the Plaintiff in six installments and pay the remainder to the Plaintiff on the date of designation of occupancy as determined by the Plaintiff.

The payment, balance, and each payment period of the Defendants stated in the contract for sale in this case are as listed below (Attached 2).

(2) The Defendants concluded the instant sales contract and options contract, and paid the down payment to the Plaintiff respectively.
