A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The suspect in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaged in driving a vehicle BM520;

On March 2, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license at around 18:30 on March 22, 2019, and made the said car turn to the left at the parking lot near the north-gu, Ulsan.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving service of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents, such as safe turn to the left at the time of the absence of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to turn to the left without being negligent, and the driver G WW125 Oba in the victim F(54 years old) driving, which was going to opposite to the opposite part of the defendant's proceeding direction, came to go to go beyond the defendant's vehicle rapidly in order to avoid a conflict with the defendant's vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the above victim's injury, such as the closure duplic duplic duplic dups, which affected three lups in need of approximately four weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A.
