A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on June 19, 2009, and on June 9, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime from the Changwon District Court through the Changwon District Court on June 9, 2017, and on September 6, 2018, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for one year and six months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (e.g., refusal of measurement). The judgment becomes final and conclusive on September 14, 2018.

1. On August 30, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.056% of the blood alcohol concentration at approximately 1.27 km from the luminous map parking lot of the Tong Young Police Station, which is located in the 25-ro 3rd of the luminous drawing at the time of Tong Young-gu to the studio parking lot B through Tong Young-si, and the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 34 U.S. alcohol concentration at 0.056% without obtaining a driving license.

Accordingly, the defendant driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license, while driving a motor vehicle in violation of the regulations on prohibition of drinking at least twice.

2. On September 18, 2019, the Defendant operated the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the studio B from the through the front road of the Tong-si, Tong-si to the front road of the above studio, without obtaining a driver’s license, from around 9.68km section to the above studio, from around 9.68km section, and from that time to October 18, 2019, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license for a total of 28 occasions as shown in the list of crimes in the annexed list of crimes.
