1. Larceny;

A. On May 14, 2019, the Defendant, at around 02:00 on May 14, 2019, opened a studio C-dong parking lot owned by the victim D, which was parked at that place, and driven a studio, with the keys attached to a vehicle, with the vehicle’s key displayed on the vehicle.

B. On June 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 02:20 on June 13, 2019, 2019, the Defendant: (b) opened a studio room that was parked in the Fudio parking lot and operated by G, which was maintained and operated by G, at that place; and (c) driven by driving a studio with a smart key, which was kept at that place.

C. O, and cut off the 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim, 1 RB card, 1 copy of RB C, TR C, 300,000 in the market price, and 2 copies of Tbank C&C card.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at around 02:00 on May 14, 2019, the Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license in a section of about 53 km from the studio Cudio-dong parking lot B in Gyeyang-si to the road near the Vccamb in U of Busan-gun.

A. It is attached from that time until August 1, 2019, including driving of an EM520 vehicle which was stolen, as described in the paragraph.
