Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2016, at around 00:00, the Defendant driven a passenger car within approximately 1km from a road near the old-type street in the Jeju Nowon-gu, to the front of the Dowon cafeteria located in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.04% of blood alcohol level.
