Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2014, while under the influence of alcohol at around 01:46, the Defendant driven the B rocketing passenger car from approximately 100 meters from the southwest of the Yellow Do-gu in Jeju Nowon-gu to the front road of the Republic of Korea located in the same Dong-si.
