Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2016, at around 15:09, the Defendant driven a B SP passenger car within approximately 300 meters from the roads near the Hannam University located in the Jeju Nowon-gu to the front of the luminous enterprise located in the same Dong while under the influence of alcohol by 0.28% of alcohol level.
