Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2010, the defendant opened the victim B's mobile phone, and kept the resident registration certificate in a dry line from the victim, with an intention to use the cell phone in the name of the victim by opening the victim B's mobile phone.

1. On June 3, 2010, the Defendant forged a total of eight copies, including a mobile phone service contract in the name of the victim, which is a private document concerning another person’s rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations, by stating “D” in the column of customer information on application for subscription under the new contract for mobile phone service in Incheon, and signing the victim’s name on the victim’s name next to the victim’s name, in the column of customer information on application for subscription under the mobile phone service contract.

2. The Defendant used the forged mobile phone service contract as set out in paragraph (1) at the same time and place as that set forth in paragraph (1), and used it by submitting it to the employee in charge of receiving SK Telecom who is unaware of the fact that the new contract was completed, and used the forged private document set forth in Chapter 8, such as the annexed crime list, from around that time to January 25, 201.

3. The Defendant, as set forth in paragraph (1), committed fraud, by exercising a forged mobile phone service new contract, etc. as set forth in paragraph (2) and having the victim pay 1,029,550 won for using the mobile phone number F in the name of the victim, as well as 4,786,236 won, such as the cost of using the mobile phone, as shown in the separate sheet of crime, thereby having the victim pay her monetary benefits equivalent to that amount.
