Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 500,000 won for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and on April 4, 2008, sentenced to a fine of 2 million won for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Sungnam Branch of the Suwon District Court.

On July 23, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.060% of blood alcohol concentration on July 23, 2013, driven a BM520-V car at approximately 5km on the front of the water cluster located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-dong, 2223.
