A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 4, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 as a fine for the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch on January 4, 2012.

On November 8, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on November 6, 2012 without a driver’s license on November 8, 2012. While under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.116%, the Defendant driven CNterz car at approximately 3 km from the roads around 600 meters in the middle-gu, Jungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on active duty on the roads near the Gyeonggi-do.

B. On November 16, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on November 16, 2012, the Defendant, without a driver’s license on November 16, 2012, driven CNp motor vehicle up to about 10 meters in front of the roads 2310, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) under the influence of alcohol content of 0.207% in blood.

C. On December 7, 2012, the Defendant: (a) on December 7, 2012, on the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) around 2:40 on December 7, 2012, the Defendant driven a vehicle at approximately 10 km of CNpline to the ebbbbbbbbbb in the Dongwon-gu, Youngwon-gu, Dongwon-si, Dongwon-si, Dongwon-si, Dongwon-si, Dongwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.204%.

On February 6, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on February 6, 2013, without a driver’s license on February 6, 2013, while under the influence of alcohol with a 0.121% alcohol concentration in blood, the Defendant driven a Karen car at approximately 1.2 km in front of the cafeteria-dong 2179 Cheongnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Cheongnam-gu, Cheongnam-gu, Cheongnam-gu, Gyeongnam-gu, Gyeongnam-gu, about D.

2. On February 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 6:50 on February 6, 2013, while driving alcohol as stated in paragraph (d) of Article 1 of the Criminal Act, three lanes in front of the Gyeonggi Sung-nam City.
