Punishment of the crime

1. On April 3, 2014, the Defendant interfered with traffic by planting attention of 18glus on the roads of non- packing status of 3 meters in length and 80 meters in length on the state-owned land ditches in Incheon-gun, Incheon-gun, D, and E owned by the Defendant, 3 meters in width, and 80 meters in length.

2. Interference with business;

A. On April 4, 2014, between 07:00-08:00 and 08:00, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s duties by force by force, such as interfering with the Defendant’s exercise of force, by ensuring that the sckes leased by the victim G attempt to enter the site of a construction site located in the victim’s H.
