A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 22, 2020, the Defendant, on the part of the Defendant, failed to pay a fine for negligence on the B Grandroth car owned by the Defendant, kept the front number plate of the said car in custody from the Ansan-gu Police Station, thereby making it impossible to operate the car any longer, with the intention to forge the vehicle number plate and attach it on the said car and continue to operate the car.

1. Around January 25, 2020, the Defendant: (a) printed letters and numbers at the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si Group C by means of a computer document preparation program; and (b) attached them on a white paper connected with the number plate size; (c) forged the registration number plate of a public office’s sign by means of sealing the transparent tape at hand; (d) attached the forged registration number plate on the Defendant’s roll for riding; (d) attached it on February 9, 2020 as if the registered registration number was duly completed; and (b) around 08:40 on February 9, 2020, attached the forged registration number plate to the Defendant’s roll for riding; and (c) exercised the said car at approximately 60 km section of the Central Highway located in the Han-si, Hongcheon-gun (Seoul-si, Hongcheon-si, Seoul-si, and the front Chho-si Office’s seat rest from around 60 km-si to the front stop.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall forge or use the forged motor vehicle registration number plate.

Nevertheless, the Defendant forged the registration number plate in the same manner as described in Paragraph 1. at the date, time, and place mentioned in Paragraph 1., attached the forged registration number plate to Done Star car as if it was duly constituted, and used the forged registration number plate by operating the said car around 08:40 on February 9, 2020.
