A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2020, the Defendant had the front number plate of the Defendant’s vehicle B, which was kept in custody, sentenced to the Defendant’s operation by attaching an automobile number plate manufactured at will.

1. Around July 10, 2020, the Defendant: (a) received one front number plate of the vehicle scrapped at the scrapped area located in the front-dong of the Busan Sindong-gu; and (b) on July 2020, 200, on the front of the vehicle scrapped in the front-down area of the vehicle; (c) opened a white paint on the front registration number plate of the Busan Singu Office C building D, and attached it on the front of the said car as if it had been duly formed with a black color color, and attached it on the front of the said car.

On July 14, 2020, the Defendant, through the road in front of the G Hospital funeral hall located in Seo-gu, Busan around July 15, 2015, operated the said car again from the road in front of the above C, to the above C, after passing through the road in front of the G Hospital funeral hall located in Seo-gu, Busan.

Accordingly, the defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate for the purpose of exercising the right, and exercised the forged air defense.

2. No person who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall forge, alter or use a motor vehicle registration number plate, or sell, arrange the sale and purchase, deliver or use it;

Nevertheless, on July 14, 2020, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number of B LV car, air, as shown in the preceding paragraph, and used the forged motor vehicle registration number as if it were duly formed from July 14, 2020 to July 15, 2020.
