1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 10,298,757; (b) KRW 8,873,750; and (c) KRW 8,873,750; and (b) each of the said money to Plaintiff A from July 6, 2011 to July 2013.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. (1) On December 2007, Plaintiff A et al. (1) went through the implementation and progress of the Plaintiff’s snow whiteing procedure, and Plaintiff A et al. (A) went through the Defendant’s DNA member (hereinafter “Defendant member”) due to the symptoms of the healopic shocking symptoms, and was diagnosed with other obstacles such as galscopic disorder, snow sampling, and other obstacles, and received galscopic whitening on both sides of the eyes on both sides of December 28, 2007 and December 29, 2007.
(나) 피고는 2008. 1. 10. 측정한 오른쪽 눈의 안압이 22mmHg, 2008. 1. 17. 25mmHg로 정상 범위인 10~21mmHg보다 높게 측정되자 위 시술 후 투여하던 스테로이드 안약 중 하나를 중단하였고 2008. 1. 30. 오른쪽 눈의 안압이 25mmHg, 왼쪽 눈의 안압이 21mmHg로 측정되자 안압하강제인 코솝을 처방하였으며, 이후 안압이 정상적으로 유지되자, 2008. 3. 7. 왼쪽 눈의 안쪽 부위의 육아종을 제거하고 오른쪽 눈의 바깥쪽에 눈미백시술을 시행하고, 2008. 3. 8. 왼쪽 눈의 바깥쪽에 눈미백시술을 시행하였다.
(다) 피고는 2008. 4. 1. 원고 A의 안압이 오른쪽 25mmHg, 왼쪽 26mmHg로 다시 상승되자 안압하강제 코솝을 다시 투약하였고 2008. 6. 4. 안압이 정상화되자 안압하강제 투약을 중단시키고 별다른 증상이 없어 경과관찰을 중단하였다.
(D) On December 31, 2008, Plaintiff A complained of scambling around the end, the Defendant again performed scambling procedure on January 24, 2009 to the outside of the right eye. On July 21, 2009, Plaintiff A confirmed on September 15, 2009 that scambling occurs on the inside part of the left eye, and removed the part that was scambling on the inside part of the left eye.
(E) On February 23, 2010, the Defendant: (a) removed the tin-to-face of the left snow that occurred on the side below the left eye; (b) removed the tin-to-face of the right eye; and (c) removed the tin-to-face of the left eye on April 28, 2010.
