Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 8, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of 1.5 million won of a fine due to a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) in the branch of the Gwangju District Court in Gwangju District Court on July 8, 2009. On March 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on March 17, 2016, and the execution of the sentence was completed at the Mapo Prison

However, the Defendant purchased a passenger car from the other D in the instant case, and did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days from May 2016.
