A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Although a person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act applies for the registration of the transfer of the ownership of the motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do Governor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, the defendant purchased the motor vehicle under E in D in the name of E from around March 14, 2017, at KRW 13,00,000, in the name of E, from around March 14, 2017, the defendant did not apply for the registration of the transfer of the ownership of the motor vehicle within 15 days from the date of purchase without justifiable grounds.

2. On March 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a fring-down motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol alcohol 0.072%, while under the influence of alcohol alcohol 0.072%, at around 3:12, 2017, the Defendant driven a fring-down motor vehicle from the trade influoron-dong, Sinsi-dong, Sinsi-dong, Sinsi-dong, to the roads near Ethra-dong, Sinsi-dong.
