1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 82,965,114 with respect to the Plaintiff, and the period from December 30, 201 to August 19, 2015.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a party’s status 1) On December 30, 2011, the E value division located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D (hereinafter “instant hospital”).
(2) Defendant B is a dentist who was working for the instant hospital and performed the said surgery. Defendant C was the president operating the instant hospital as a dentist, and Defendant Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Insurance Co., Ltd.”) entered into an insurance contract with a dentist of the instant hospital, including Defendant B and C, with the content that the said dentist is liable for damages to the customer due to negligence during medical practice.
B. On December 2, 2011, the Plaintiff first received consultation with the instant hospital for the purpose of correcting junishing, gringing, and stringing, and consultation with the Plaintiff on December 19, 201. At the time, Defendant B received a test and consultation prior to the surgery.
