1. Facts of recognition;
A. The status of the parties, Defendant B, and C are doctors operating the E Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”); Defendant D is doctors working for the Defendant Hospital; and the Plaintiff is a person who undergoes the following surgery at the Defendant Hospital:

Defendant D performed the primary operation using slots on January 7, 2013 from around 09:10 to 11:15.
After that, the defendant hospital conducted the MDR inspection on the plaintiff's condition after the surgery, observed the progress of the operation, disinfection and force exercise, etc. on January 11, 2013, and discharged the plaintiff from the hospital.
