A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On September 23, 2009, the date of preparation stated “G” in the name column of the lessor, and affixed the seal of G, a corporation prior to storage on the name of the lessor of each of the above real estate lease agreements.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations, forged two copies of the real estate lease agreement in the name of G Co., Ltd., a private document.

2. The Defendant held two copies of the forged real estate lease contract to I who knew of the forgery in the same place, as if they were genuine.
