On May 10, 2017, the Defendant forged a real estate lease agreement in the name of the lessor in the real estate indication column for the real estate lease contract form for the above U Licensed Real Estate Agent Office: (a) entered the name “X”, “F”, “F”, “F” in the lessee column, “F”, and “F” in the deposit column; and (b) affixed a seal of X, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, and affixed one copy of the X real estate lease contract in the name of the lessor from December 20, 2016 to February 10, 2018; and (c) entered the name of the lessor in the name of the lessor, “F”, “F”, “F”, and “F” in the deposit column, and affixed the seal of X at his/her discretion, which is a private document on the rights and obligations.

On March 5, 2015, the Defendant prepared a qualification document: (a) stated the name of the Defendant in the real estate indication column of the real estate lease contract form for the foregoing U.S. Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, stating that “Seoul Y and one parcel of land (YB) AA; (b) “AB outside the lessor” in the lessor column; (c) “AC” in the lessee column, “AC’s representative of the U.S. Licensed Real Estate Agent Office A; and (d) written in the deposit column, “U.S. Licensed Real Estate Agent Office A” and “B0,000 won,00 won,00 won,00 won,00 won,” and then stated the name
