Punishment of the crime

1. At around 15:00 on August 17, 2013, Defendant B expressed his desire to “the above A” at the place where he had a dynamics of the Defendant, at around Eunpyeong Culture and Arts Center in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and around 100-4, for the reason that the said A expressed a desire to the said E, on the ground that he took a fight with the victim A (the son, the 34 years of age), and then, Defendant B expressed his desire to “the sona, the abnormal years of age, the 59 years of age” to the victim F (the son, the son, the 59 years of age), thereby openly insulting the victims.
