Punishment of the crime

Around January 6, 2014, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim by stating that the victim G, who is an employee of the said company, continued to put a problem in relation to the insurance that the said company entered into, suffered from the defect, the victim’s loss, and the victim’s loss in relation to the insurance that the said company entered into, at the office of the D Co., Ltd. located in Ansan-si (hereinafter referred to as the “D Co., Ltd.”), which is an employee of the said company.
