Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2013, at around 21:35, the Defendant driven B large wing wing 20% alcohol concentration at approximately 0.169% under the influence of alcohol from the front road of the Gyeonghae-si, Kimhae-si, to the home fluor, located in the main road of the Ganhae-si, Kimhae-si.
