Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2013, at around 23:38, the Defendant driven a vehicle from the front road of the building located in the Bupyeong-dong, Kimhae-si, to the front road of the Sejong-dong, approximately 50 meters alcohol concentration at approximately 0.101%, while under the influence of alcohol concentration at approximately 0.101%.
