A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million at the Suwon District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and KRW 4 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on April 21, 201.

On November 18, 2013, at around 02:35, the Defendant driven B, under the influence of alcohol leveling of about 0.169%, from the front of the Northern Home Stackers, located in the steering force of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the front road of the 448-14 subphoff, the Defendant driven B, while under the influence of alcohol leveling of about 1km, to approximately 0.169%.
