1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 30,049,113 and KRW 27,624,603 among them, from June 16, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

In addition to the purport of the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 30 million to the Defendant on June 24, 2014 as interest rate of KRW 27% per annum, interest rate of arrears rate of KRW 29% per annum, and period of loan of KRW 60 months. The Defendant lost the benefit of time due to delay in performing the above obligation from May 1, 2015. As of June 15, 2015, the Defendant’s obligation to the Plaintiff against the Plaintiff as of June 15, 2015 can be acknowledged the fact that the Defendant’s obligation to the Plaintiff was totaled of KRW 30,049,113,00 per annum, and no other counter-proof evidence exists.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 30,049,113 won as well as the principal amount of KRW 27,624,603 at the rate of 29% per annum from June 16, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.

It is so decided as per Disposition.
