By around 30.30, while serving as an employee in the “E” mobile phone agency operated by D in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government while engaging in the mobile phone sales business, etc., he thought that he/she would open and sell the mobile phone using the personal information of customers who opened the mobile phone normally with the mobile phone.

Around June 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) connected the E mobile phone calls located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the first floor to the computer network for application for entry by the mobile phone calls; (b) entered “F”, “G”, “H”, “H”, and “F” in the customer subscription information column; and (c) entered “F”, respectively, in the customer confirmation column.
Accordingly, for the purpose of making administrative affairs smooth, the Defendant forged one file of FT mobile phone new application form, which is an electronic record of another person’s electronic records concerning rights and duties, and forged the electronic records of another person’s rights and duties seven times in total, such as the list of crimes (1), No. 1, No. 4, and No. 9.

The Defendant, such as the electronic records of the above author, at the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph (1), exercised the electronic records of another person, which was written in seven times in total, as shown in the attached crime sight table (1), including transmitting and using the files of new applications for the KT mobile phone, which were written as above, to the staff in charge of the KT opening computer system, as if they were duly formed, by transmitting and using the files of new applications for the above writing via the computer network as if they were duly formed.
3. On June 5, 2015, the Defendant of the forgery of a private document filed an application with the E mobile phone agency located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and in the first floor, for LG Plus subscription to the mobile phone number “J” and “K”, in which I, an employee of which was drafted the draft.
