Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant filed a lawsuit against the victim B (the age of 49) on January 28, 2015, but lost the entire judgment, but continued to find on the body operated by the victim, and led the victim to the failure of committing an act, such as attaching a poster, or having the victim exercise violence.

1. Violence;

A. On April 14, 2018, around 19:10, the Defendant assaulted the victim, who was in possession of the victim, with a wooden stick with a wooden stick in advance, demanding the victim to write the delegation letter.
