Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 945] On January 30, 2017, around 05:27, the Defendant: (a) opened a chief door, the victim C, who was parked in the “Sagdo-ro 124-ro 52, the Busan Metropolitan City’s annual-ro, 124, at the “Sagdo-ro 52” parking lot; and (b) stolen money, the victim’s possession of the said vehicle, which was stored in the said vehicle’s things.

In addition, the Defendant did not commit a theft of money and valuables equivalent to KRW 6,915,30 in total by the same method over 11 times, as indicated in attached Table 1 from around 02:30 on December 20, 2016 to around 03:07 on February 4, 2017.

1. On November 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at a “OBD parking lot” parking lot located in a 120-ro 120, a 06:10 p.m., Kimhae-si; (b) entered the said parking lot; (c) opened a 500 p.m., the victim-owned vehicle in the said vehicle; and (d) stolen it with one 500 p.m., the victim-owned vehicle.

On November 18, 2016, around 06:13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered a vehicle, the ownership of an unspecified number of victims parked in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), in front of the “Seoul High School” located in 105, a three-lane, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si; (b) had the victim F, who was parked in the vehicle, opened the vehicle, and carried it into the said vehicle. However, the Defendant attempted to steal the victim’s property by having the even hand hand hand over in the vehicle owned by the victim F, but did not bring the vehicle into the said vehicle. However, the Defendant was unable to bring the intention due to the correction of the vehicle’s door, and did not take it into the attempted crime from around the above day to 06:19 on the same day, and attempted to steal the victim’s property at least three times in total.
