A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2019 Highest 708]
1. On June 7, 2019, at around 01:27, the Defendant opened a string door that was parked in the vicinity of the Kimcheon-si B apartment parking lot, and opened a 100 foot fluor, a victim C, who was the victim’s C, who was parked in the said place, and stolen one 10 foot fluor, which was the victim’s possession.
2. On June 18, 2019, at around 06:15, the Defendant: (a) had been parked in the F cafeteria located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si; (b) had the victim G-owned by the victim I; (c) had the intent to steal money and valuables inside the victim K-owned Lcar; and (d) had been in the order of taking advantage of the gap where the surrounding surveillance was neglected; (c) had the driver’s seat knife of the vehicle; (d) had the driver’s seat knife of the vehicle; (d) had not been corrected in the vehicle’s door.
3. On June 19, 2019, at around 02:50, the Defendant: (a) failed to take a theft of money and valuables in the Npoter Truck, the victim M, who was parked on the 22-lanes of the Central Market of Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and then was in an attempted attempt, even though the vehicle’s door was corrected, by taking advantage of the gap where the surrounding surveillance was neglected; and (b) failed to take a correction of the vehicle’s door.

1. On June 29, 2019, at around 00:50, the Defendant opened a door-to-door for a vehicle without correction of Q trucks owned by the victim P parked in the direction of the Kimcheon-si, and went into the door-to-face, and stolen the vehicle amounting to KRW 2,630,00 in total.
2. On June 30, 2019, around 11:06, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat that was parked in the front line of the Kimcheon-si, which was not corrected in the passenger car owned by the victim S; and (b) carried the stolen objects into the door, and did not break out to police officers who patrol the surrounding areas, and did not commit any attempted act.
3. On July 17, 2019, the Defendant was parked in the front direction of the Kimcheon-si at around 02:22.
