Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 7872"
1. On November 17, 2017, the Defendant discovered out that a parking was made without correcting Drocketing car on the front road of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and found out that the Defendant: (a) entered the vehicle into the vehicle; and (b) cut off ten (10) factorings of the victim E’s market price in the place, which is equivalent to KRW 10,00,000; and (c) cut off with 10 (10) the victim E’s market price in the place.
2. On November 21, 2017, the Defendant discovered that a HSS6 passenger vehicle was parked in the “G hotel” parking lot located in the area F of the G hotel at Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with no correction, on November 21, 2017. On the part of the Defendant entered the vehicle, the Defendant stolen the property worth KRW 6.50,000,000 in total, with one per cent of the direction of the market value equivalent to KRW 50,000,000 in the victim I’s market value in the said area.

1. A thief: (a) around August 31, 2017, the Defendant: (b) opened a driver’s seat parked in the JM3 car parking lot of the victim K, which was parked in the Seoul Special Self-Governing Province; and (c) committed theft with money and valuables equivalent to KRW 22,950,00 in total, including KRW 3 A, KRW 500, KRW 15, KRW 100, KRW 18, KRW 50, KRW 50, and KRW 50, and KRW 22,950 in the market price.
2. Attempted larceny;
A. On August 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 02:20 on August 31, 2017, the Defendant: (b) opened a driver’s seat of the victim N, parked in the studio parking lot located in M, and attempted to steals goods; (c) but (d) attempted to do so due to the locking of the door.
B. At around 02:45 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a door to the driver’s seat of the Coos car and attempted to steals the goods parked in front of the “ Q Won store” located in P in the nuclear city of nuclear power around the same day; (b) however, the Defendant attempted to steal the goods.

At around 03:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of the Victim T, which was parked in the “displace of liquidation 2-way parking lot” in the 1044-24, Gisung-dong 104.24 on the same day, and attempted to steals the goods; (b) however, the Defendant did so on an attempted charge.
The defendant of "2018 Highest 472" is working for a branch of V in Incheon Seo-gu.
