A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court for a maximum of one year and six months and a short of one year, and completed the execution of the above punishment on March 22, 2013.

1. On August 16, 2013, around 18:50 on August 16, 2013, the Defendant signed the “AG” after stating “AG”, “AH”, “AH, and “AG, 302,” in the resident registration number column, to the lessee column of the vehicle lease agreement, in the process of sounding the CD NF Engine’s LF rocketing car in the Busan Eastdong-gu Seoul Eastdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, using a black-type pen.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the vehicle lease contract in the name of AG, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and continuously delivered the forged vehicle lease contract to CE and CF as if it was duly formed.

2. On August 16, 2013, the Defendant on the unlawful uttering of official document, at the time and place indicated in paragraph 1, refused the official document by presenting the driver’s license to AG under the name of the Commissioner of the Busan Local Police Agency, which is an official document in possession of a person who is requested to produce an identification card from the said CE and CF for a vehicle siren, as his/her driver’s license.

3. Around 03:30 on August 17, 2013, the Defendant was driving a CD NF rocketing motor vehicle, and the two-lane road in front of the Futer apartment apartment in the Southern-gu Busan Metropolitan City was driving along the two-lane radius from the yellow tunnel bank.

In such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly see the front side and the left side and the left side, and to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering and brakes.

Nevertheless, the defendant is negligent in paying the above duty of care and is negligent in operating the vehicle without a driver's license.
