Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a patient hospitalized in a hospital B 7205 outside of the hospital room.

At around 22:20 on September 29, 2014, the Defendant stated that, within the hospital No. 7205 of Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu B Hospital No. 7205, eight patients, such as victims D (ma, 66 years of age), are drinking alcohol and drinking alcohol in a large voice.
