Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around September 2017 to August 2018, the Defendant was in the relationship between the victim B (n, 28 years of age) and the victim C building D living together with the victim for about one year.
1. On December 25, 2017, around 03:00 on December 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of assaulting the victim in a verbal dispute with the victim at the above place; (b) assaulting the victim with her head, her hand, her head, and damaged the victim’s 80,000 won at the location of clothes.
2. 4. On August 10, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime on or around 00:30 on August 10, 2018, on the ground that the victim took drinking with another male and drinking water at the above place, destroyed the cell phone of 607,000 won at the market price owned by the victim, which is equivalent to the 607,00 won, by leaving the cell phone on the floor of the victim’s room, and continuing to break up the victim’s her hand on a hand, her hand over her head kick, and then her body flabs over the floor so that the victim cannot take place for approximately two weeks of treatment.
