A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant found the victim C’s residence, which was a matter of money, in E’s studio located in Youngjin-gu, Youngjin-gu, Seoul, which was the victim’s residence, and raised the victim’s mind to damage the Defendant’s coo car free on the F.

1. On June 16, 2018, the Defendant damaged special property: (a) around 06:51 on June 16, 2018, at the Ebud parking lot, which is the residence of the victim located in Seo-jin-gu, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province, the Defendant reached the fudio parking lot, the residence of the victim, and (b) on the F in which the victim is parked, which is a dangerous object in front of the driver’s seat and one dangerous object.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and damaged the victim's property in the market price of 450,000 won.

2. On June 18, 2018, the Defendant damaged special property: (a) around 07:27, on June 18, 2018, at the above victim’s residential parking lot; (b) on the above part of the victim’s parking zone, the Defendant installed four scoos, which are dangerous articles behind the rear side of the driver’s seat, on the front side of the driver’s seat; and (c) three scoos, which are dangerous articles on the floor following the front side of the driver’s seat, and cut down on two scoos.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the property owned by the victim to be non-repaired.

3. On July 7, 2018, the Defendant damaged special property: around July 22:5, 2018, at the parking lot of the above victim’s residence; around July 22:5, 2018, the Defendant served as a knife, which is a dangerous object, two knife knife and two knife knife knife knife in the above victim’s parking.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and damaged the victim's property to be 448,000 won of the market value.

4. On July 9, 2018, the Defendant destroyed special property: (a) around July 9, 2018, at the victim’s residential parking lot around 07:22, the Defendant: (b) installed two scoos car above the victim’s parking area, which is a thing dangerous to the bottom of the scoos car; and (c) laid down two scoos in front of the scoos car on the front side of the scoos; and (d) opened the said car at one scoos.
