A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2017 Highest 952" is a person who has a mental and physical illness, or is a person who enters a uniform without his/her occupation and leaves a house.

On December 28, 2016, at around 01:53, the Defendant destroyed the vehicle language owned by the victims of KRW 7,199,740 in total 35 times from around 2017 to February 7, 2017, including the damage of one knife after driving knife of a vehicle of KRW 154,00 in the market price owned by the victim, using a knife and a knife knife, which is a dangerous object that had been in possession of the victim D (64 cm) without any special reason.

1. Around 03:10 on December 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered the first vehicle of the victim F, which was parked on the road after the Busan BY G and BGH; and (b) destroyed the victim F, using a refrating place, which is a dangerous object that was parked by the victim F, and without any special reason, one frat in front of the driver’s seat in a vehicle equivalent to 200,000 won at the market price owned by the victim.

On February 4, 2017, from around 21:40 to 23:04, the Defendant damaged the property in the aggregate of 440,000 won at the market price of the ONF string vehicle owned by the victim N(59 e.g.) who parked in the factory in Kimhae L during the period from around 21:40 on February 4, 2017 to around 23:04.

On January 11, 2017, the Defendant prepared in advance one of the rear wheels of the driver's 25,000 won at the market price of the victim R, Qn in P of the Busan Singu P around 08:10 on January 11, 2017.
